Shipping and return policies for Shylmagoghnar

Shipping Info

Please confirm your address as soon as you order and notify us immediately of any changes ("Contact Shylmagoghnar" button to the right, or shylmagoghnar@gmail.com).

Once an order has started processing, it cannot be cancelled.

Full shipping fees will be charged to re-deliver items returned due to an incorrect shipping address.

When an item has been returned because of an incorrect shipping address, we can provide a refund minus the shipping costs. Refunds can only be issued up to 60 days after the date of the original purchase.

Please note that shipping times can vary from country to country. We strive to post your order within 1-3 days but after that it is out of our hands.

For customers outside of the European Union: there are no taxes charged on your purchase but it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the destination country.
Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you have any concerns, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
If an item is returned due to failure to complete these procedures on the recipient's end, we can provide a refund minus the shipping costs.

For clothing items and related: while we of course understand that it's not always 100% possible, we kindly ask you to be as sure as you can about the size you are ordering, as we are only a very small operation, and as such cannot offer free returns like large clothing stores often do. Our sincere apologies for this!

Return Policy

We provide complete streaming of our songs on shylmagoghnar.bandcamp.com and/or youtube.com/shylmagoghnar. Please listen before you buy, as we are unable to accept returns on CDs. If an item is broken or defective on arrival, please let us know immediately and we will reship a replacement as soon as possible.

Digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
